We delivered an authoritative report to the client, ADB, laying out a roadmap and innovative financing solution for a world-first island nation SAF solution.

Guided the product and technology strategies for a nascent, vertically integrated seaweed start-up. Evaluated market opportunities and applied rigorous evaluation across the opportunity-space to deliver recommended product slate. Led the development of IP strategy and research partnerships to deliver capability for generating those target products.

Developed the research and commercialization strategy for novel livestock methane reduction technology, built and managed a high-performing scientific team, and negotiated key research and commercial partnerships to accelerate agtech decarbonization.
